The Kitchen addition adds a cooking pit and shelves near the front door with sacks for storage. To purchase additional furnishings for Breezehome, speak to Proventus Avenicci.
There is also a room in the loft for the player's housecarlLydiato stay in. Without any of the additions, Breezehome features a single chest for the player to store items in and a double-bed to sleep on in the house's loft area.
The purchase includes a manual which details the contents of additions which can purchased separately to spruce up the house. Speak to the steward Proventus Avenicci to purchase Whiterun 's vacant house, Breezehome, for gold. After completing the Bleak Falls Barrow quest for the jarl, he will grant the player the right to own property in the city. Whiterun is the first city where the player can purchase a house when following the main quest. Breezehome is a purchasable player house in Skyrim.
